Acacia Honey named from the flower of Acacia tree, which bloom from May to Jun, when this snow white flower blooms, it smell like perfume spraying all over the forest.
Acacia Honey is very pale and look like liquid glass, indeed very exquisite and it is slow to crystallize, hence it can remain in a liquid state for a long period of time due to it high concentration of fructose.
Acacia Honey is from Black Locust tree, sometimes labeled as Black Locust Honey. It has a mild, sweet, floral flavor and it has hints of vanilla flavor and yet no aftertaste.
